MARKETING CHANCELLOR COLLEGE AT SAMSA CONFERENCE
Dr. Levis Eneya presented on Optimization in Separation Processes: Case of Distillation; and another paper on Optimal Route Design and Adaptive Route Allocation in Malawi Cities: A Case Study of Lilongwe City, a study that was done by a group in the Mathematical Sciences Department supported by Chancellor College research funds. On her part, Ms. Halima Twabi presented on Modeling Length of Hospital Stay for Tuberculosis Treated In-Patients at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital: An Application of Competing Risks Modeling, a study that she conducted as part of her MSc work in the Mathematical Sciences Department.
During the conference, members also took time to market UNIMA and Chancellor College during an exhibition organized on the sideline of the conference. Chancellor College team showcased programmes at the college through the College and Faculty of Science flyers.
