We are also the only public university campus in Malawi enroling students with different types of special needs. There is a Special Needs Section which is housed in the ground floor of the main library building with facilities to increase access to learning materials for students with special needs.
UNIMA has a Director of Students affairs just for you. The Director and your personal tutor are the first points of contact on several non-academic matters requiring expert advice ranging from accommodation to social life in university and you can directly contact them.
