Frank is a highly experienced researcher and educationist having worked for a number of education, research and development organisations, with a particular focus on ICT pedagogy, the use of technology in education and e-learning. He develops teaching and learning materials and curriculum, particularly focussing on the areas of media and educational technology. Furthermore, he is a well-qualified lecturer and trainer, providing supervision and capacity strengthening to pre-service teachers and other educationists. He conducts research in the areas of improving learning outcomes and interventions in the Malawi education sector. His expertise include education interventions evaluation, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research on learning outcomes and teacher performance, and designing and reviewing curriculum and syllabuses. He is currently the Director of E-Learning at the University of Malawi where he also served as Head of Education Foundations Department and Deputy Dean of Faculty of Education.
