Profile
I am an academic specializing in Applied Ethics; and Science and Technology Studies (STS). I am a Senior Lecturer. I possess a PhD in Science and Technology Studies from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, and a Master of Applied Ethics from Utrecht University, The Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) degree from University of Malawi. I have accumulated vast teaching and research experience, having worked at University of Malawiā€™s Chancellor College for the past 15 years. I have published five journal articles and a book chapter. I have also participated in collaborative research, locally and internationally. I have held some positions at Chancellor College including Dean of Humanities (2016-2017), Deputy Dean of Humanities (2015-2016), Head of Philosophy Department (2010), and Deputy Head of Philosophy (2008-2009).
