Simon Makwinja is a scholar who specialises in African philosophy. His research interest is on the intersection between African Ethics and Human Rights. He has published some journal articles, book chapters, and has edited journals and books. He envisions ethics rooted in African culture as a solution to a great deal of many social, politica and economic problems.
