Madalitso David Mulingo is a Lecturer of Language and Communication Skills in the Department of Academic Skills and Careers, under the School of Arts, Communication and Design. He is a holder of Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and Bachelor of Education (Language), both obtained from the University of Malawi. He is also a holder of Maîtrise Arts, Lettres, Langues (mention Francais Langue Étrangère) from Université des Antilles, France.
