LECTURER IN PHYSICS

Applicants should have at least a Master’s Degree in Physics from a recognised institution. Applicants must have studied Electronics or Physics at Bachelors level and they should have a Bachelor’s with credit. The applicant must have demonstrated research abilities in the field of Physics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ACADEMIC POSITION

Successful candidate for academic position will be undertaking the following duties:

• Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students

• Conducting research in his/her area of specialisation

• Participating in departmental, faculty, College and university wide committees

• Being part of academic consultants within the broader areas of the department
