LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR /PROFESSOR IN ECONOMICS (ONE POST)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill a vacant post within the Department of Economics at Chancellor College at the grade levels of lecturer or above who will be teaching industrial, micro- and development economics courses.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for the post should be holders of at least a Masters degree in economics. A Masters degree in industrial economics will be an added advantage. Alternatively, A Master’s degree in a macroeconomics related field will be considered. Additionally, applicants must possess the first degree in economics with at least a credit. Applicants with university teaching and research experience will have an added advantage.
The department is particularly welcoming applications from excellent candidates with publications in peer-reviewed journals. Applicants should demonstrate ability in conducting research in the said economics fields and be in possession of advanced knowledge of quantitative analytical software. The applicants should, by the deadline for submission of the application, be less than forty (40) years old.
