Qualifications & Attributes
Applicants should possess the following qualification and attributes:

A bachelor’s degree in statistics with at least a credit from a recognized University for the post of Staff Associate.

A master’s degree or PhD in statistics, with at least a credit first degree from a recognized University for the post of lecturer.

For Professor/Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer, applicants must also show evidence of engagement in research. Teaching experience at a University or comparable institution, leadership skills and evidence of service to the community and the profession will be added advantages.
Duties
Specific responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:

Teaching, setting and timely marking examinations for undergraduate

Conducting research in the area of specialization
-
Supervising undergraduate student projects within the Department
-
Participating in all academic and professional activities of the Department
-
Carrying out any duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
