Paul Lihoma holds a Ph.D. in Information Science and a Master of Science (with Distinction) in Information Management & Preservation, both from the University of Glasgow. He also holds a BA (Pub Admin) from the University of Malawi. Dr. Lihoma works as Director of the National Archives of Malawi.
