Atupele Masanjala graduated from UNIMA with an LLB (Honours) degree in 2018 and an LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Cape Town. She worked in a law firm as a private practitioner for a year before moving on to Standard Bank PLC. She worked at Standard Bank PLC for 3 years in the role of Legal Officer, Corporate before eventually joining UNIMA's Faculty of Law as a Lecturer in Law
