Duties and responsibilities

Drug administration and dressing

Offer reproductive health and monthly report writing

ART and Nutrition provider and report writing on the same

Conducting HIV Testing and Counselling

Assessing critical cases for referral to other health institutions

Collecting reproductive health drugs from DHOs office

Make necessary preparations and care for equipment

Adhere to standards precaution of infection prevention

Adhere to professional ethical code of conduct at all times

VIA practice for cancer screening is an added advantage

Be able to mix well with student and staff environment

Qualifications and experience

MSCE

Diploma in nursing and midwifery

VIA Certificate

ART Certificate

At least 4 years of working experience

Having excellent communication skills and abide by ethical values

Registered with nurses’ Council of Malawi
