Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Computer Science (Network Engineering)

Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree or a Doctorate Degree in Computer Science or related field from recognized university obtained subsequent to a Bachelor’s degree with a Credit. In addition, applicants should have specialised in at least one of the following fields: Network Engineering; Systems Administration; Network Management; Cyber Security; Digital Forensics; Telecommunications.

Possession of publications or relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Duties

• Teaching, setting and timely marking of examinations.

• Conducting research in the area of specialisation.

• Supervising student projects within the Department.

• Participating in all academic and professional activities of the Department.

• Being part of academic and professional consultancies within the broader areas of the department.

• Carrying out any duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
