Technician in Electronics

Applicants should have at least a Diploma in Electronics (with a minimum of a credit). The applicant must have relevant practical experience in an Electronics laboratory. Any research experience in Electronics will be an added advantage.

Duties

• Setting up tools reagents and specimens

• Carrying out experimental trials

• Drafting practical procedure manual

• Maintaining and standardising equipment

• Demonstrating to staff and students in the use of equipment, machines and tools

• Conducting practical demonstrations

• Maintaining stores stock orders

• Supervising and appraising staff
