Technicians

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-named posts (3) in the Department of Biological Sciences at Chancellor College, University of Malawi.

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least a diploma in laboratory technology or in any related field from a recognized institution of higher education. Applicants with prior experience working in academic and research settings will have an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall be responsible for preparing and setting of undergraduate practical sessions in biology courses. He/she will also be expected to participate in departmental research programmes from time to time as may be assigned by the department.

Remuneration package

A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful applicant.
