ICT TECHNICIAN
Applicants should have at least an advanced diploma in IT or telecommunications or related fields.
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years work experience in a busy institution. Those with working knowledge of fibre optic cables and wireless networks will have an added advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Provide ICT support to staff, students and visitors using the ICT facilities
-
installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware operating systems and applications
-
monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
-
conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
-
update and upgrade software
-
any other duties as assigned from time to time
