LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/PROFESSOR IN FINE ART
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor in Fine Art.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree or PhD in Fine Art specializing in sculpture and must have obtained their first degree with a minimum of credit obtained from a recognized institution.
Applicants must have ability to teach various Fine Art modules especially sculpture, a track record of research, publication and exhibitions in sculpture art and an accomplished up to date portfolio of sculpture work.
Duties
Successful candidates for this position will be undertaking the following duties:

Teaching, setting and timely marking of examinations for undergraduate courses and developing Curricular related to the discipline of sculptural arts.

Conducting research and consultancy in the area of specialization

Supervising undergraduate student’s projects within the Department.

Participating in all academic and professional exhibitions within the Department and elsewhere

Organizing student exhibitions and outreach activities with the area of specialization.

Carrying out any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Demonstrate expertise in both traditional and contemporary methods and materials of sculpture art.
