Qualifications & Attributes
Applicants should possess the following qualification and attributes:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Management or related fields
-
3 years’ relevant work experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
-
Providing support in the operations of new/existing degree programmes
-
Assisting in timetabling/scheduling of classes, as well as booking of facilities
-
Organizing events such as workshops, meetings and dialogue sessions
-
Assisting in procurement processes for various programmes
-
Recording notes/minutes of academic/school meetings
-
Assisting in student matters such as processing student claims and withdrawal
-
Assisting in the preparation for programme accreditation
-
Providing other programme support assignments as required
-
Assisting faculty by answering student questions and providing/locating desired information
-
Assisting in organizing and conducting school/departmental academic events, as directed,
-
Organizing the school evaluation process
-
Facilitating the maintenance and timely updating of the school/departmental website/databases
-
Verifying and processing student and part-time employee time records.
