School Administrators (UM8) (5 positions) [INTERNAL ADVERT]

 Qualifications & Attributes

Applicants should possess the following qualification and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Management or related fields

  • 3 years’ relevant work experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Providing support in the operations of new/existing degree programmes

  2. Assisting in timetabling/scheduling of classes, as well as booking of facilities

  3. Organizing events such as workshops, meetings and dialogue sessions

  4. Assisting in procurement processes for various programmes

  5. Recording notes/minutes of academic/school meetings

  6. Assisting in student matters such as processing student claims and withdrawal

  7. Assisting in the preparation for programme accreditation

  8. Providing other programme support assignments as required

  9. Assisting faculty by answering student questions and providing/locating desired information

  10. Assisting in organizing and conducting school/departmental academic events, as directed,

  11. Organizing the school evaluation process

  12. Facilitating the maintenance and timely updating of the school/departmental website/databases

  13. Verifying and processing student and part-time employee time records.

  14. Keeping school records
