Staff Associate/Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Foundational Law
Applicants must be holders of at least a 2:1 Honours degree in Law from a recognized university. Applicants with Master’s degree or PhD’s in law must be holders of at least a 2:1 Honours degree in Law from a recognized university.
Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate(s) will be expected to lecture and supervise students, undertake research, and offer consultancy services. The candidate(s) must be able and willing to teach the Department’s optional and core courses, particularly business and commercial law related courses.

Teaching, setting and timely marking examinations for undergraduate courses.

Conducting research in the area of specialisation.

Supervising undergraduate student projects within the Department.

Participating in all academic and professional activities of the Department.

Being part of academic consultants within the broader areas of the Department.

Participating in or performing at student and staff concerts.

Organising student performances.

Carrying out any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
